I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but the whole haircut just felt off from the start. It seemed rushed, the layers came out really uneven, and I left feeling upset about it. I ended up going somewhere else to have it fixed because I just couldn’t live with it the way it was.

I went in and the salon was clean enough for the most part, but it didn’t feel totally put together. The chairs and mirrors looked fine, so it wasn’t like the place was dirty, but there was still some hair on the floor around my station. The bathroom was okay too, just a little messy. Nothing that would make me not go back, but my gut feeling was that they were kind of rushing through things that day and didn’t get a chance to really tidy up.

I’ve been to mastercuts a few times now, i keep expecting one visit to be a little off, but so far my hair has looked good every time. It’s been the same clean cut each visit, with no weird surprises, which I definitely appreciate.

"Recommendations weren't that helpful"
I tried MasterCuts because I was hoping the product suggestions would make it easier to find something for my hair, but a lot of them felt random. Some of the items didn’t really match what I had searched for, it made the recommendations feel a bit off.
The site itself was simple enough to use, so that part wasn’t a problem. I just didn’t trust the suggestions much, I ended up looking around on other sites before deciding what to buy.

"Not as straightforward as I expected"
I booked through mastercuts.com expecting the price I saw to be the final price, but then extra charges showed up at checkout. Maybe they were mentioned somewhere in the fine print, but it definitely wasn’t clear to me. I expected the process to be more upfront, so it was frustrating. I don’t think I’ll use the site again.

I didn’t feel welcome at all while I was there. The staff came across rude, and it just left a bad impression. It’s disappointing because once you feel treated like that, it’s hard to trust the place or want to go back.

I booked through MasterCuts and went in hoping for a brown color, but it ended up looking almost black. The staff was nice, which I appreciated, but it just wasn’t what I asked for. it felt like an avoidable mix-up.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t totally sure how it was going to turn out, but my stylist really did know what she was doing. She gave me some solid advice and managed to fix my layers better than I expected. I’m kind of surprised, but yeah, I’m happy with it.

I just went in recently, and my latest visit was easy. I didn’t have to book ahead, which I really liked. The wait was around 15 minutes, and the haircut turned out decent. Nothing super fancy, but based on this last experience, it’s a convenient spot when you just need a quick cut.

I went in for a shampoo and conditioning, and it was okay overall. My hair definitely felt clean afterward, but I was kind of expecting it to feel softer than it did. Maybe my hair is just a bit dry, so I’m not totally sure if that’s on the service or not. The staff was fine and everything went smoothly, but it didn’t really stand out to me.

I came in prepared, explained what I wanted, and even showed a picture, so I thought we were all on the same page. The stylist was nice enough and seemed to listen at first, but somehow my hair still ended up shorter than I asked for. It’s not the worst haircut I’ve ever had, so there’s that, but I definitely left feeling disappointed.

I got a haircut here and the price was definitely fair. The cut itself looked good and didn’t cost too much, so I can’t really complain about that. The only thing is I felt kind of ignored while I was there, like they were just trying to get me in and out without much conversation or attention. Nothing fancy, but it did the job

I had to message MasterCuts about my booking, and they got back to me the same day, so that was fine. Totally fine. The reply was clear, and I appreciated that they didn't make me feel silly for asking a basic question.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because one follow-up took a bit longer than I expected, which I was very calmly not annoyed about. Overall though, the communication was good, and I did know what was going on the whole time.

"Nice haircut, but the wait was annoying"
My haircut turned out good and the stylist was really friendly, so no complaints there. The only downside was the wait. I had an appointment but still ended up sitting around for about 35 minutes before they called me back. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I do wish they stuck a little closer to the scheduled time. I’d probably go back, just not on a day when I’m in a rush. Has anyone else had this happen there?

I went in expecting at least a little help, but it felt like no one really wanted to deal with me. The staff came across as rude, which was disappointing because it didn’t seem like I was asking for anything unreasonable.

"Pretty easy place to stop by"
This spot is really convenient for me since it's close to a few other errands I usually run. Parking wasn't bad either, which is always nice. The service was fine, just kinda average honestly. Nothing went wrong, but it didnt really stand out either.
